New way for patients and families to give feedback

We are now working with Healthwatch North Yorkshire on a new way for patients and loved ones to give feedback on our services.

This is in addition to our usual methods and gives people the chance to give feedback anonymously, using a QR code.

This is part of our ongoing work to gather as much valuable feedback as possible to enable us to keep improving our services.

There are posters showing the QR code displayed around the main site on posters, feedback post boxes and digital screens.
