This study day is aimed at all staff working in reception and supportive roles such as ward clerks, receptionists, porters. It is the revised version of ‘I don’t know what to say.’
The aim of the day is to provide participants with useful skills and tips which they can then use when faced with difficult communication issues in their clinical areas.

• Challenging Situations
• Supporting distressed individuals
Application of learning is supported through the use of End of Life Care Learning Outcome

All 9am to 4pm in Saint Catherine’s Education Centre

£50.00 per person (inc lunch and refreshments)
