Join us this April and dip in the sea for 8 seconds, donate £8 for patient care and nominate friends, family and work colleagues to do the same – you being on this page counts as you being nominated!

Whether you’re in Scarborough, Bridlington, Whitby, Filey or anywhere along the British coastline, we want you to join in and raise vital funds for patient care this month!

We ask that you donate £8 (or more if you like!) as it costs £8,000 every single day for us to provide our care to patients and their loved ones. We couldn’t do what we do without the help and support of our amazing community. You can donate your £8 through our Just Giving event page here.

If you’re not near the coastline but still want to get involved, you could take a dip in a cold bath or plunge yourself into open water – get creative!
