As the festive period approaches, we would like to extend a warm invitation to our Saint Catherine’s Christmas events.
All events are free to attend and everyone is welcome. Details as follows:
Christmas Lights Switch-On
Where: Saint Catherine’s Hospice, Throxenby Lane, Scarborough.
When: Friday 29 November from 5pm (lights switched on at 6pm).
What’s on: Entertainment by Archie McNally, countdown by Scarborough Rugby Firsts, lights switched on by Anne Hegarty (The Governess) from ITV’s The Chase, a special guest plus festive food at Flavours Bistro.
Christmas Fair
Where: Saint Catherine’s Hospice, Throxenby Lane, Scarborough.
When: Saturday 30 November, 10am to 3pm.
What’s on: Festive stalls, home baking, crafts, gifts, games, animals, Santa’s grotto, festive street food at Flavours Bistro.
Light up a Life Service
Where: Saint Mary’s Church, Castle Road, Scarborough.
When: Friday 6 December, 6pm.
What’s on: A Christmas service where we will remember loved ones. Carols, readings and a performance by Hackness Ladies Choir. Tea, coffee and mince pies served.
